TRS recently completed a program with Snoop Dogg and Old El Paso, helping the Tex-Mex-style food brand collaborate with the highly influential rapper and media personality. Leveraging not only the cultural importance of Halloween, but also Snoop and his wife, Shante’s birthdays, Talent Resources Sports was able to help Old El Paso gain awareness for their new taco shells, inspired by Takis Fuego.
Taking place at Snoop’s iconic compound in Inglewood, Snoop and Shante’s “C Day Bash” was a night to remember, and Old El Paso’s taco truck was at the center of the highly coveted real estate. A post-event wave of social posts was the icing on the cake, or the guac on the taco if you will. Leveraging Snoop’s massive social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, TRS was able to bring Old El Paso’s activation to the eyes of the world.
